Week 1: the inspiration word for this week is NEW and the art challenge is to try a new technique or product, something you have never done before.

This is what i did: coloring fabric with wet rusty nails ;)

With a little imagination you can see the rusty spots on my fabric. Not so very good, but it is what it is...

Here are the easy steps for my page: 

1. Modeling paste

2. Tissue paper (i stamped on it)

3. I used gel medium (you can paint on it)

4. Gesso (only on the hearts)

5. Paint

6. Glaze and paint. 

7. Cleaning with babywhipes after 1'

8. Details: glossy accents
