Here is my journalpage for next week...

mini accordeon book 1

My first try to make an accordeon book. I started with 12 old cards. (2 books)

The first step is: make 1 big card, using tape. 

The next step is gesso...

 The tirth layer is acrylic paint. When its dry: stamp on it, use a template and modeling paste and silk acrylic glaze for the details

 Cut the cards in 12 cards. Take 6 for your book. glue some fabric on the edges and create an accordeon book...

 On the backside i made some list (to do, notes...)

DLP week 15: cry me a river

Challenge: acrylics

Steps: 

- Add with modeling paste a lot off hearts (let dry)

- Add self made tissuepaper with gel medium

- Add acrylic paint (yellow, blue, green) with your fingers and let dry
- Add some brown acrylic paint on the edges

- Add black aquarel pensil round the hearts.
- Add some red gelatto and whipe it out with your fingers
- Add white acrylic paint aroud the hearts (use your fingers)

- Add lines with your black pen

- Add labels and text
- Add glossy accents on one heart

 

Self made tissuepaper

Tissuepaper (paper from shoeboxes), some versafine inkt ans stamps... Thats all you need!
